Rental conditions
To rent a car with RentalFlow you must be at least 21 and have held a driving licence for at least 1 year, show your licence and an ID document at pick-up, and leave a deposit that is returned after the rental. Exact requirements depend on the car category.
How old do you need to be to rent a car?
At least 21, with a licence held for at least 1 year. Some categories ask for more, as the table shows.
Which documents do you need?
Your driving licence and an ID document (national ID card or passport), in the name of the driver who booked.
Can you cancel for free?
Yes, up to 48 h before pick-up time. After that, 20% of the rental amount is kept; the rest is refunded.
What does the price include?
The price shown includes VAT (20%) and unlimited mileage.
How do you pay?
Online by card when booking, or at the agency at pick-up.
What happens at return (fuel, late return, mileage)?
Missing fuel is charged MAD 90.00 per eighth of a tank. Returns more than 59 minutes late are charged.
How does the rental contract work?
The contract is between you and the agency that hands over the car. You can read and sign it online as soon as the booking is confirmed, or at the agency; the agency countersigns it before handing over the keys. It stays downloadable as a PDF in your account.
