Partner agency application
Your agency becomes visible and can receive bookings once our team approves it.
How do you become a partner agency?
- Send the application above: the agency (name, address, ICE) and its manager’s account.
- Our team reviews it; you get an e-mail as soon as it is approved.
- Top up the agency’s prepaid balance, by card or bank transfer.
- Your cars appear in searches and you manage bookings from the agency space.
What does it cost?
A 10% commission on each booking, taken from the agency’s prepaid balance and refunded if the booking is cancelled. A booking is only accepted when the balance covers the commission.
What does the agency space include?
- The agency’s bookings, fleet, rates and customers.
- Rental contracts in the agency’s name, signed online by the customer or at the agency, countersigned by the agency.
- Online payment into your own CMI, ChariPay or Payzone merchant account.
- GPS tracking and remote immobilisation through your Traccar server.
- Dashboard of the balance, commissions and top-ups.
